Once we have confirmed availability for your date, we will meet in person or via zoom to get to know you, go over our role in your day, and go over any questions and expectations you have for us.

Let’s do this thing! Upon deciding to move forward, we will require a retainer and signed contract. We will go over the contract together so we’re on the same page!

After booking we will send over planning materials. We will go over big and small details together to make sure your day flows smoothly. We want to make all the ideas in your head come to life!

We will meet again no later than 1 month before your wedding to finalize song selections and order of events.

In the mean time, send us your playlists of your favorite songs, artists, and genres! Music plays a huge part in setting the tone for your wedding. While we are professionals at setting the vibe and keeping your guests entertained, we want to make it perfectly customized to you, so let us know what you want to hear!

Practice makes perfect!

To make sure your wedding day is as perfect as can be, we coordinate your ceremony during the rehearsal as well as on the wedding day itself.

During the rehearsal, we work with you and your bridal party on your ceremony walkthrough. We cover everything such as when to walk, where to stand for a picture-perfect ceremony, general bridal party etiquette, etc, and go over other small but important details that are easy to miss.

In addition to downloading every song and playlist you send to us, we have 50+ hours of downloaded music of all genres to keep the party rocking all night long. And with wifi or a data connection, we can play anything your heart desires!
